Dutch experts presented a SWOT analysis on road safety to Minister of Interior Tsvetanov

Bulgaria will be able to benefit from Dutch experience to reduce the number of traffic accidents and casualties. This became apparent on September 1, 2009, when a team of Dutch experts handed to the Minister of Interior Tsvetan Tsvetanov the results of an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities ant threats (SWOT-analysis) for Bulgaria in the field of road safety.

The analysis was prepared in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding on police cooperation between Bulgaria and the Netherlands and was prepared after a detailed study of the situation in Bulgaria. The final report contains specific recommendations, which will assist the Bulgarian authorities in taking measures in the field of road safety.
